The majestic Harpy Eagle (Harpia harpyja), a true guardian of the Amazonian skies, serves as a vital indicator of a healthy habitat, as it occupies the pinnacle of the food chain.

The presence of this magnificent bird signifies a harmonious balance among all the species within the ecosystem.

Distinguished by its grandeur, the female Harpy Eagle surpasses the male in size, reaching lengths exceeding a meter and weighing up to an impressive 20 pounds (9 kilograms).
